Customer service none existence and staff don’t know what they are doing. Placed and order on 29th June and asked specifically for delivery on 22nd July. Was told that it was not a problem as they would put the order on hold to dispatch at a later date. On 20th July to my shock and after I chased I was told it had not been dispatched and that it will only be dispatched on 27th and then I have to wait a further 5 days for delivery. They were unable to expedite the order either. If you can go elsewhere please do to save you the headache

Website is really easy to look through, great pics of the goods with lots of detail, measurements etc. Once I had ordered they gave me a choice of delivery dates, which was useful because I work. The Isadora garden chair arrived, perfectly packed, and I love it. The quality is top notch, it looks even better in real life than it did on the website, beautifully made. I would definitely order again

Ordered the Cordon Modular garden furniture. Order arrived quickly and the courier company were fantastic. I was able to choose my delivery date and they gave a two hour delivery slot the day before, ringing again when they were 20 mins away. The order was well packaged, easy to unpack and assemble. It is very comfortable and I am very happy with the quality. ?

Goods were delivered quickly and communication regarding collection was very good. Love the new light fittings which are good quality and look lovely in our bedroom

Love these bins as you dont have to touch anything to open them. They also encourage my grand children to help clear plates etc as they love "the magic".
Use the black ring to support the bin bag by gravity and you wont have any bin bags showing.

I bought the Warner Click Clack sofa bed with another single-seat sofa bed and an ottoman storage bed. I heard the severe delays from other friends, but checked again and again, they told be there'll be no problem. However, when it's due to be delivered *(today), they told me it'll be another HALF A YEAR DELAY!!! Can you believe that?! I'm planning to just cancel and order somewhere else, I saw some horrible stories of being kept waiting and waiting... I had similar experience with the bed I bought, don't want to have another bad experience with Made... When the bed was due to be sent (two weeks after I paid), the delivery service company BJS told me Made didn't dispatch to them, and I made a few calls and was told the bed was damaged on the way so they would get a new one for me, which arrived another week later. There was no assembly service of disposal of the packages etc. It took me 2-3 hours to assemble, and the gas pistons still don't work. They will send some engineer to have a look, but they will only be able to visit a few weeks later. So go for MADE if you love waiting...

Always get wonderful service and products never disappoint

The Orson velvet corner sofa is gorgeous. I'm really pleased with it. Delivery was delayed but Made kept in touch. Only real downside was no help when furniture delivered because Made (unlike, DFS, outsource delivery to general couriers). So it was placed on my living room and it's not easy putting together a large sofa alone.
